James Makima Biseko
He is the Managing Director of Sypro Engineering Company Limited, bringing over 20 years of engineering, mining, and executive leadership experience across East and Southern Africa.
He holds a BSc in Electromechanical Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam and has held senior leadership roles with global industry leaders, including Epiroc and Atlas Copco.
James has led major drilling equipment projects, contract management portfolios, and high-value mining operations for leading companies such as AngloGold Ashanti and First Quantum Minerals. His expertise spans strategic management, project execution, revenue growth, operational performance, and customer partnership development.
As Managing Director, he drives the company’s vision, corporate strategy, and sustainable growth while ensuring operational excellence and long-term client value.
